I had to make a black garlic sauce that wasn’t just all heat. I’ve been disappointed far too many times by black garlic sauces that lack flavor and depth. This sauce is dedicated to the flavor seekers and home chef’s out there. I also had the pleasure to partner with Jerry Inscoe, an old friend of mine that I met painting graff in the late 90’s.
