Breakfast Sauce is a perfectly balanced blend of fresh flavors from Florida-grown, mild Datil peppers, tomato, cucumbers, and spices. A few years ago, two out of work professional fishermen released a 100 year old family recipe called W Sauce. They vowed that if it was successful the next sauce they released would feature a little known Florida pepper, the Datil pepper.
